Currently, Physical and Sports Education is considered as mandatory area according to the Ministry of Education and Youth of France. It has been constituted as a fundamental discipline for the education and integral formation of the human being, especially if it is worked at an early age, since it allows students to develop motor, cognitive and affective skills, essential for their daily life and as a process for their project lifetime.
Through Physical Education, students express their spontaneity, encourage their creativity and above all allow them to know, respect and value themselves and others. Therefore, it is essential the variety and experience of the different activities in the game, play, recreation and sport to implement them continuously, either in class or through recreational-educational projects.
Like other knowledge disciplines, the movement also contributes to the process of integral formation of the human being for personal, social benefit and conservation of their own culture. If Physical Education is structured as a pedagogical and permanent process, solid foundations can be laid that will allow for integration and socialization, which guarantee continuity for the development and specialization of sports in their future life.
Through the Physical Education class students learn, execute and create new forms of movement with the help of different recreational, recreational and sports forms. In these classes, students can develop, be creative and show their spontaneity as beings who want to discover many alternatives that may be applicable in the future in their social life and that they cannot easily achieve in other knowledge subjects.
To talk about an integral education, in which no aspect of the human being is left to chance, we must consider the body and the mind as a unit. That is why a healthy diet and adequate time of correct physical activity, complements in the best possible way the integral development of people, both mental and corporal perspective, and must adapt the minutes of study, with which they are necessary to The game or the sport.
